The Publications Assistance Program (PAP) provides
financial support to eligible publishers of Canadian paid or request circulation
publications that are mailed and delivered within Canada.

Summary
The Publications Assistance Program (PAP) of the
Department of Canadian Heritage provides postal subsidy to eligible Canadian
magazines and non-daily newspapers mailed in Canada for delivery in Canada. The
program enables Canadians in every part of Canada to have access to magazines
and non-daily newspapers from across the country to help build their knowledge,
share their perspective and explore their cultural diversity.
