Manitoba Employment Centres provide integrated, one-stop access to employment and training services to unemployed Manitobans. 

Eligibility Criteria

In order to be eligible for benefits or financial assistance the participant must be: unemployed (working less than an average of 20 hours/week) and a current or previous Employment Insurance recipient; receiving income assistance benefits; low income individual or family or an individual about to lose their job.
