Farm Credit Canada's (FCC) financial and business solutions help Canadian farmers and agribusinesses grow, diversify and prosper. FCC provides client service out of 100 offices, mostly in rural Canada.

Eligibility Criteria

Borrowers:

  • new or established farmers;
  • new or established agribusiness operators;
  • with or without off-farm income;
  • any size operation;
  • must be of legal age; and
  • must be a Canadian citizen (or permanent resident).

Financing for items such as:

  • land;
  • buildings;
  • equipment;
  • land improvements;
  • quota;
  • livestock;
  • agribusinesses or value-added enterprises;
  • diversification initiatives; and
  • businesses related to agriculture, both farmer and non-farmer owned.

Construction Loan
