Summary

The Taxation Division is a division of the Department of Finance. On behalf of the government of Manitoba, we administer the taxation legislation through information, compliance, audit and enforcement programs. Taxes Administered are:

• Retail Sales Tax
• The Health and Post Secondary Education Tax  Levy (Payroll Tax)
• Tobacco Tax
• Motive Fuel Tax
• Gasoline Tax
• Mining Tax
• Tax Administration and Miscellaneous Taxes
