MASC - Lending Programs - Comprehensive Refinancing Loans

The Comprehensive Refinancing Loan can be used to restructure existing MASC debt.
Summary
Existing MASC clients experiencing financial difficulties, without previous write-off history, are eligible for the Comprehensive Refinancing Program. Repayment terms of up to 25 years are available for Comprehensive Refinancing Loans. Comprehensive Refinancing Loans are secured with real, personal and/or other security as required. Loans may be approved in conjunction with other debt restructuring using MASC ’s Direct Loan program.
The process associated with Comprehensive Refinancing Loans may include consultations with the Manitoba Farm Mediation Board and/or the federal Farm Debt Mediation Service.
NOTE: All other qualifying Manitoba producers can obtain assistance in debt restructuring through MASC's Direct Loans.
