Wildlife Damage Compensation reduces the financial loss incurred by agricultural producers from damage due to migratory waterfowl and big game. The program also includes compensation for agricultural livestock killed or injured by natural predators. 

Eligibility Criteria

All producers may apply for compensation for damage to agricultural products grown and/or livestock raised in Manitoba. Producers do not have to carry AgriInsurance to be eligible.

ASSISTANCE

The program is 100% funded by the Government of Canada and Manitoba (40% by the Government of Manitoba and 60% by the Government of Canada).
