Certification is awarded when an employee demonstrates they have mastered the required skills and met the standards of their profession in a practical job setting.
They must first write an examination proving their knowledge of the emerit material. They are then evaluated in a real-world setting to demonstrate their mastery of the practical knowledge.
emerit-certified staff stand head and shoulders above the rest in Canada as professionals in their respective fields. Certification also shows that employees are valued and worth the investment.
