Export Alert! - RegWatch - Standards Alert!

The Standards Council of Canada offers businesses and industries a number of specialized standards and standards-related information products online such as:

• Export Alert! which provides subscribers with E-mail notification of changes to trade-related regulations and offers users with an opportunity to provide their input on the proposed measures;
• RegWatch, a searchable database of standards referenced in Canadian federal regulations; and
• Standards Alert! which keeps subscribers up-to-date via E-mail of changing standards in Canada and the global marketplace.

What is Export Alert!?

The Export Alert! notification service offers the following services:

• information pertaining to changing product requirements in global markets before they become law;
• access to the complete texts of the draft regulatory measures; and
• an opportunity to voice concerns regarding the measures. These concerns are taken into consideration as the regulations are finalized.
   

What is RegWatch?

RegWatch is a search tool for identifying Canadian, foreign and international standards referenced in Canadian federal law.

RegWatch provides links to the full text of Canadian regulations that cite standards, and links to additional information about the referenced standards.

What is Standards Alert!?

Standards Alert! sends an automatic E-mail update about changes to standards that matter to you.

Standards Alert! allows you to: 

• monitor a particular field of interest/subject area;
• track an individual standard (including Canadian, ISO and IEC);
• receive automatic alerts when changes are made to these standards;
• receive a bibliographic summary of the standards selected; and
• order standards online.
